Trial has been rescheduled for a 56-year-old former Las Vegas school bus driver charged with sexually assaulting preschool-age children on his route.
Michael Ray Banco's trial was set next week on kidnapping, child abuse, child sex assault and child lewdness charges that could get him life in prison.
He has pleaded not guilty.
Banco changed lawyers in March, and Clark County District Court Judge Elissa Cadish on Monday reset trial to Feb. 6 to give his public defenders time to prepare.
Banco was arrested last May. He's jailed on $3 million bail.
Prosecutors say school bus video shows Banco sexually assaulting a child with special needs in the back row of a parked bus as pedestrians and cars pass by outside.
Investigators identified three victims, each 3-years-old.
