LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A group is suing MGM Resorts International over resort fees they claim were falsely advertised.
Travelers United is accusing MGM of violating the Consumer Protections Procedures Act.
It was filed last month.
The group alleges the company advertised a lower price but then added a hotel fee to the room rate.
MGM Resorts says it has no comment at this time.
