A celebration of life was held Saturday for a teen who died of leukemia last month.
Cooper Ricciardi receives a tremendous outpouring of support while battling cancer, including Michael Strahan and Garth Brooks.
Cooper had also wanted a message from New York Giants player Odell Beckham, which he got as well as messages from local residents.
Youth pastor Michael Watson said he was a fighter.
"He was a fighter, he was a protector, never gave up," he said. "It was a great way to remember him."
Cooper's family asked those attending the celebration of life to make donations to Light of the World Childhood Cancer Foundation, St. Baldrick's or the Team Coop GoFundMe account rather than flowers.
