UPDATE: Around noon on Sunday, SWAT and Las Vegas patrol officers were successful in defusing the situation.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- SWAT is at the scene of a standoff situation near 8000 block of Draco Circle.
The standoff began as a domestic violence incident around 4:42 a.m. Sunday.
The suspect is refusing to come out. SWAT will negotiate with the suspect.
