In April 2016, a male suspect entered a local retail business on the 1000 Block of East Charleston Boulevard.
The suspect immediately began stealing merchandise from a shelf. The suspect displayed a weapon when an employee attempted to stop the theft.
The suspect successfully escaped from the business with the stolen merchandise and no persons were injured.
The suspect is described as a black male in his 30's, approximately 5'10", average build, and he was last seen wearing a blue short-sleeved button up shirt and blue jean shorts.
The incident was captured on a video surveillance system, and the LVMPD is making efforts to identify and locate this suspect.
