LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Nevada ranks 31st in the nation when it comes hospitals that have an "A" grade in patient safety, according to a newly-released study from the Leapfrog Group.
The nonprofit organization looks at preventable errors, accidents, injuries and infections and then assigns hospitals a letter grade of either “A,” “B,” “C,” “D” or “F."
