A 7-Eleven clerk was shot during a robbery overnight near Sahara Avenue and Lamb Boulevard.
Police say that the shooting happened around 2 a.m. when two suspects entered the convenience store. One of the suspects fired during the robbery, hitting the clerk. The clerk was transported to Sunrise Hospital in critical condition.
Both suspects came from the east and after the shooting, both were last seen northbound on Lamb, on foot.
