Steve Wynn has filed a motion to dismiss the complaint filed against him by the Nevada Gaming Control board.
In new court documents, Wynn's attorneys say he is already out of the industry and the board no longer has jurisdiction.
The complaint was filed last month with the Nevada Gaming Commission. State gaming regulators want the hotel and casino billionaire declared "unfit" to hold a gaming license.
The complaint says Wynn's alleged sexual misconduct violates 5 gaming regulations. They want Wynn to be fined for each of the violations.
