A Democratic candidate for governor has announced he will not take a salary until Nevada schools are back on track.
Clark County Commission Chairman Chair Steve Sisolak said Monday if elected, he would donate his salary to nonprofits that help support educators and students in and out of the classroom.
Sisolak made the announcement alongside educators and members of the Clark County Education Association.
