The man who is suspected of shooting and killing a customer in a local Starbucks on Sunday was in court Wednesday morning.
34-year-old Pedro Garcia is currently being held without bail at the Clark County Detention Center.

Garcia is facing charges of murder, robbery, burglary and discharging a firearm in an occupied structure.
