BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On Monday, Dec. 19, 1994 Ron Rudin failed to show up to his real estate office near Charleston and Decatur boulevards.
His burned and beheaded remains were found weeks later in a desolate area near Lake Mead.
Investigators developed information and eventually charged his wife, Margaret Rudin with the murder. She was convicted in 2001 to live in prison with the possibility of parole.
We’re told, due to some paperwork, Rudin will not be released until it’s all ironed out.
