LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — While the Nevada Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation continues to work with Bank of America to resolve a frozen accounts issue, some claimants are saying they are getting the runaround.

"No one is giving any explanations or any resolving to the problems. So we are all stuck here," said William Hummonds who took part in a protest outside of the department.
He says his account has been frozen since the middle of December and says others have had the same issue since November.
"We have rent to pay, we have bills to pay," he said. "We've missed out on Christmas. [During] the whole holidays, no one has any money."

"We are here looking for answers to the questions and we want some resolve to this issue."
The department says it's working with the bank to protect cardholders and the state from fraud.
Officials at DETR say if you have problems with a hold on your card you should contact them.
