UPDATE: The plane has been located. It is not believed that anyone on board was injured.
According to records, the plane is owned by Crystal Sanchez from Mount Pleasant, Iowa. It is not known who was actually on the plane.

ORIGINAL STORY
LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- The search is on for a small plane that was forced to make an emergency landing in the valley on Friday afternoon.
According to an official with McCarran International Airport, a Cessna 150 was on the way to Henderson Executive Airport when it was forced to land because of a mechanical issue.
A call from the plane was received at 12:45 p.m. At this time, the plane has not actually been located.
No other information is available at this time.
