LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Sheriff Joe Lombardo officially announced he is running for governor.
Lombardo is running as a Republican to try to unseat Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak.
North Las Vegas Mayor John Lee, Reno-area attorney Joey Gilbert and Gardnerville doctor Fred Simon are also in the race to become Nevada’s next governor.
