PT's Entertainment Group introduces a new menu of shareable plates, quick lunches, cocktails and more at its SG Bar located in west Las Vegas.

The items will incorporate chef-driven concepts and guest favorites into an approachable dining experience, according to a company spokesperson.

A few of the sharable dishes include adult mac and cheese, avocado toastettes, seared salmon bites, and queso fundido.

SG Bar, located at 9580 W. Flamingo Road, will also launch a new “15-Minute Lunch” special available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with offerings from an Adult Lunchable to mini sandwiches that include a classic Reuben.

A few new drink additions will include the Star Gazer, made with Bombay, St. Germain, lemon and cucumber along with the Cherry-Lemon Margarita, made with City Lights Shine cherry-lemon, Sauza Gold Tequila, Triple sec and a sour mix.

Scott Green, director of culinary operations for PT’s taverns, developed the new menu items and the cocktails were created over the summer by Jason Shullo.

These additions are also incorporated into SG Bar’s happy hour offerings, available from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and midnight to 2 a.m.
