Las Vegas police say that a woman is dead after jumping from a stolen vehicle near East Cheyenne Avenue and North Lamont Street, which is near North Nellis Boulevard.
The woman was identified as 34-year-old Maricel Param Menina. She died of blunt force head and chest trauma.
The deceased was struck by a rear wheel of the stolen vehicle. The vehicle then crashed into a wall.
A man also jumped out of the vehicle. He was not injured and was arrested.
In addition, another man who was driving was arrested after he attempted to flee the scene. He was identified as Joshua Cyran.
13 Action News also spoke to a manager for an apartment complex near the scene and he told us that one of his employees received minor injuries while sitting in a parked car in the area.
