LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Sears will no longer have a store at the Meadows Mall next year.
Transformco announced in a press release the closing of 96 additional Sears and Kmart stores - including the full-line store at the mall - after it purchased the assets of Sears Holdings Corporation in Feb. 2019,
The company said it plans to close the Meadows Mall Sears location by February 2020 with a going out of business sale expected to begin on Dec. 2.

This closure leaves Sears with two outlet stores remaining in the valley, according to its website:
-1437 W. Sunset Road in Henderson
-4854 W. Lone Mountain Road in Las Vegas
Following these closures, Transformco, Sears parent company, will operate 182 stores while it continues to evaluate its overall retail and service strategy.
