LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — An altercation on a bus leaves an RTC bus driver suspended and a man shaken up after video shows the driver knocked a phone out of his hand.
Page Rawdon says he was riding bus route 203 on Tuesday night when the bus driver told him Fort Apache and Desert Inn Roads was his last stop.
However, Rawdon didn't think so; he wanted to be dropped off closer to home.
The RTC told 13 Action News the 203 bus route does end at Fort Apache and Desert Inn at two specific times per day and this is noted on posted material.
But despite Rawdon being wrong about the stop, the bus driver shouldn't have touched his phone.
The driver, who wanted to remain anonymous, also informed 13 Action News that she did warn Rawdon about her not wanting to be recorded.
In a statement, the RTC said: "The bus driver has been suspended, and the situation remains under investigation."
