Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Dotty's at 7950 W. Tropical Parkway.
The robbery was reported at 5:42 a.m. Police say the thieves got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
There have been several robberies lately at bars and small casinos across the valley.
"Right now we're still trying to determine how many of them, if any, are related," says Ltn. Jenkins with Metro Police Department. "We're still trying to draw that connection between the ones that have already occurred."
Right across the street from the Dotty's is Montana Meat Co., where managers there have already warned their employees about the possible string of burglaries, that could be targeting bars and small casinos open overnight.
"Our managers sent a memo to all of our bartenders to be more careful and look out a little bit more," says one bartender, Carina White.
