LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Millennials in Nevada aren't buying homes.
That's according to a new report by Porch, a company that provides services to new homebuyers.
It found fewer than 37% of millennials in Nevada own their homes.

Porch indicates millennials have notoriously low homeownership rates compared to previous generations at the same age.
The Urban Institute says millennials don't buy homes because they get married older, have more student loan debt, and millennials are living in large cities where there's a lack of affordable housing.
