Rep. Dina Titus (D-Nev.) has announced her endorsement of Vice President Joe Biden's Democratic presidential bid.
Titus made the announcement during an interview with CNN.
Titus is the first sitting member of Congress from an early-voting state to back a candidate in the primaries.
