LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Authorities say a bus managed by a Las Vegas-based company crashed shortly before 12:30 p.m. on Friday while on its way to Grand Canyon West, near the Grand Canyon Skywalk.
According to Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, one person was pronounced dead at the scene and two others were transported to nearby hospitals with critical injuries.

The bus was carrying 48 people at the time, including the driver, the agency says.
Seven people were transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center with less severe injuries. 33 were transported to KRMC for minor injuries.
Authorities say the bus rolled and landed on its side at around milepost 5 on Diamond Bar Road.
Identities of the deceased and injured are not being released at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
