LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The effort to recall Las Vegas City Councilwoman Michele Fiore has failed.
The group Expel Michele announced Wednesday they did not receive enough signatures on their petition to remove the former mayor pro-tem from office.
The group gave several reasons for wanting her recalled including misconduct and racially insensitive comments.
The councilwoman responded via Twitter Wednesday evening:
