UPDATE 10:30 A.M.: Las Vegas police say the criminal investigation involving Cristiano Ronaldo is still ongoing.
The dismissed complaint accuses Ronaldo and his team of subjecting the woman to "severe emotional injuries" with threats and public accusations that she consented to sexual intercourse.
The complaint also alleges the soccer star paid her $375,000 to keep quiet about a 2009 Las Vegas hotel penthouse encounter.
A federal lawsuit filed in January by the same woman is still active

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- Civil rape charges against Cristiano Ronaldo have been dropped.
13 Action News has confirmed that the woman who claimed she was assaulted by the soccer star in Las Vegas dropped her civil case back in May.
According to Bloomberg News, there is no word on whether the accuser reached a settlement with Ronaldo.
He has publicly denied the allegations that he assaulted the woman in his penthouse suite back in 2009.
