Friday was the start of another weekend of rain around the Las Vegas valley.
There ended up being more widespread rain Saturday around the valley with heavy rain and localized flooding. The afternoon of rain led to some beautiful rainbows seen all around the valley, including many double rainbows.
A flash flood advisory was issued for the southeast Las Vegas valley and Henderson through 5 p.m. Saturday.

The advisory was extended to include the areas of Summerlin, Mountain's Edge and Spring Valley, which goes through 5:15 p.m. Saturday.

A flash flood warning was issued near Moapa Valley in northeastern Clark County through 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Flooding was reported in the Overton area around that time.

In addition to the rain, there were also reports of hail around the valley both Friday and Saturday.
There were some scattered showers around the valley Sunday, including at Red Rock Canyon.

Motorists should take extra care while driving around the valley during any rain. Local flooding or pooling is possible.
Temperatures will be back in the low 80s by Monday and upper 80s and low 90s by Tuesday.
