LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Preparations are underway for the possible sale of Tony Hsieh's properties in Las Vegas.
His estate attorney says Hsieh's properties are not for sale yet but "notices of sale" being filed and published. More than 90 notices have been filed in court so far.

Hsieh's father and brother are co-administrators of his estate. The attorney says the filings are required in case the estate wants to sell the land in the future.
The former Zappos CEO died in November 2020, days after being pulled from a house fire in New London, Connecticut.
