NEVADA (KTNV) — President Donald Trump tweeted on Thursday that new data shows "many thousands of noncitizens voted in Nevada" but the president did not include the data he is referring to.

He went on to say, "They are totally ineligible to vote!"

RELATED:

Earlier this month a Nevada judge denied a lawsuit filed by Trump’s re-election campaign to toss out the results of the 2020 presidential vote, with an explicit emphasis on a lack of evidence cited.

District Court Judge James Russell said that the re-election campaign “failed to meet their burden to provide credible and relevant evidence.”

The court also said that the “expert testimony provided by the contestants was of little to no value.”

READ THE DECISION

The lawsuit made multiple claims, including problems with the voting machine that was used to count ballots, illegal voting and malfeasance by the election officials.

It was denied with prejudice, meaning that it cannot be brought back before the court.
