LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — It's called the marriage regardless of gender amendment - otherwise known as Question 2 on Nevada's ballot this year.
Approval of this measure would repeal the definition of marriage as just between a man and woman in the state's constitution.
It would also give religious organizations the right to refuse to perform marriage ceremonies.
Andre Wade from Silver State Equality joined 13 Action News Anchor Tricia Kean for an interview on Election Day to talk about supporting the amendment.
