LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Democrat Ross Miller has been sworn in as a Clark County commissioner but his opponent Stavros Anthony still doubts the election results.
The Nevada Supreme Court agreed to expedite proceedings in Anthony's appeal requesting a new election but it denied the request for relief with-in 2 days.

After a recount, Anthony lost by 15 votes.
He is calling those results and the 139 discrepancies revealed by the Clark County registrar of voters into question.
