LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The election could change the future of Nevada's higher education system.
Question 1 on the ballot looks to hold the Board of Regents more accountable to state lawmakers and will determine how $1.2 billion of taxes are spent.
And former Nevada Assemblyman Elliot Anderson is in support of the amendment to make higher education like any other state agency.
Anderson joined 13 Action News on Election Day for an on-air interview with Anchor Todd Quinones.
