Nevada Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash on westbound 215 beltway just east of Losee Road around 5:19 a.m.
RAIN SPREADS ACROSS LAS VEGAS VALLEY
The rollover crash involved a white Chevrolet pick-up truck that was traveling at a speed too fast for the wet road conditions and overturned.
The 47-year-old driver wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
