On June 29, the resident of a townhome located in the 6100 block of East Sahara Avenue returned home to find screens removed from a window of the home.
The resident reviewed video from a surveillance system and saw a suspect ring the doorbell, and when there was no answer, he left. He returned to the residence a short time later and attempted to gain entry by removing a screen and trying to open a window.
The suspect was unsuccessful and left the area.
The suspect was described as a black male, 25 to 30 years of age, who stood 5’6” to 5’9” tall and weighed approximately 160 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a white tee shirt, tan pants and black shoes with white stripes. The suspect also has a tattoo on his right shoulder.
