LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — On Jan. 31, Las Vegas police were called to a home near Russell Road and Tenaya Way to investigate reports of a suicidal man who ingested an unknown narcotic.
Officers said the man was not complying and placed in handcuffs.
As medical attempted to treat him, the man stopped breathing.
He was transported to Spring Valley Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The Clark County coroner identified the man on Feb. 3 as 37-year-old David Baxter. His cause of death is still pending.
