Las Vegas Metropolitan Police are investigating a homicide that took place Tuesday evening at a shopping plaza located on the 1500 block of North Eastern Avenue, south of East Owens Avenue.

Homicide detectives responded to the scene and learned the man had meet with the suspect to discuss a debt. Officials say that two men got into an argument at a restaurant when one of them pulled out a gun, shooting and killing the other. Police believe that the fight started over drugs and money.
The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction.
The identity of the deceased victim, as well as the cause and manner of death will be released by the Clark County coroner.
