LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A new resort that highlights wellness may finally break ground near the Las Vegas Strip, according to HotelNewsResource.com.
Majestic Las Vegas is scheduled to open in 2023.
The Majestic was first proposed in 2004 but there have been several legal battles since then.
The Clark County Commission approved new plans in May 2019 and now it appears that a groundbreaking is scheduled for May 2020.

The $850 million non-gaming resort would be located directly across from the new Las Vegas Convention Center, opening in 2021.
It would offer 720 suites, 6 standalone restaurants, a pool with 50 cabanas, an area for live entertainment, a 70,000-square-foot med spa and more.
