LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A performer was injured during last night's performance of "R.U.N." at the Luxor hotel-casino.
The incident involved one of the motorcycle pilots in the Level Up scene. The show was stopped to allow the emergency team bring the performer backstage.
The performer will continue to be monitored by the show's medical and coaching teams to determine when he can return to the show.
"R.U.N." is a brand-new show by Cirque du Soleil. Thursday night's performance was its first official performance. The show can be seen Wednesdays through Sunday.
