A pedestrian has been hit by a vehicle near Lamb Boulevard and Ann Road.
The adult male was transported to University Medical Center in critical condition, according to North Las Vegas police.
Nevada Highway Patrol is also working another incident in the area that may or may not be related.
They are asking motorists to avoid the area. There may be road closures in effect.
