LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A hotel worker is under arrest for allegedly stealing a former NFL player's Super Bowl rings and attempting to pawn them in Las Vegas.
Unfortunately, he attempted to pawn them at the most famous pawn store in Las Vegas.
Mark May says he could not find his rings that he won while playing for the Washington Redskins for months.
The last place he remembered having them was at a hotel in Arizona.
The alleged thief brought the rings to the Gold & Silver Pawn, which is featured on the History Channel show "Pawn Stars." They immediately called May and the police.
May says he plans to come to Las Vegas next week to thank the people who helped get his rings back.
