LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Today, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Erik Lloyd will be laid to rest after a battle with COVID-19.

A funeral procession for the fallen officer will stretch across the city, honoring his life and legacy after he lost his battle with COVID-19 on July 19.
Services at Central Christian Church will begin at 10:30 a.m. A private funeral will follow in northwest Las Vegas.
