LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The North Las Vegas Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred in the north valley Tuesday night.
Police said the shooting occurred on the 2600 block of N Las Vegas Boulevard near a shopping center.
Police are on scene near North Las Vegas Boulevard and East Carey Avenue responding to the incident. Officers located a male believed to be in his early 20s suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Medical personnel arrived and transported the victim to UMC. His condition is currently unknown.
Police report that the scene is active.
