North Las Vegas police are investigating a suspicious death near Craig Road and Allen Lane Thursday night.
Officers received a call around 6:10 p.m. about a dead body in a white vehicle located in the 3700 block of Craig Road.
Reports say the death could be related to a missing person case. The car containing the dead body was the last vehicle in which the missing person was seen. A family member of the missing person spotted the car and contacted police.

Officers say the vehicle may have been parked at its Craig Road location for several days.
It is unclear whether or not the deceased male is the missing person. The Clark County Coroner will determine the identity of the victim.
The coroner identified the man as 24-year-old Brandon Sumerlin of North Las Vegas. His official cause of death is still pending.
