UPDATE MAY 14: North Las Vegas police said early Thursday morning that the two teens reported missing on Wednesday were found safe and sound late that night.

NORTH LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- The North Las Vegas Police Department said it is searching for two missing teenage girls as of Wednesday afternoon.
Zion Torres, 14, and Maleeya Gordon, 15, were last seen on May 12, according to NLV police, with officers asking for the public's assistance in their whereabouts.
Authorities from North Las Vegas shared the following post on their social media page:
