It's been about three weeks since Nevada announced pardons for people who were convicted of possessing a small amount of marijuana, and no pardons have been issued.
Executive Secretary of the State Board of Pardons Commissioners Denise Davis says that the forms to apply for a pardon were posted online Tuesday - and officials estimated that thousands of people would be eligible.
Davis says only a handful of applications have come in so far -- and none were eligible.
