The Vegas Golden Knights have confirmed that they will not be participating in any postseason celebrations.
Earlier this week, the team asked the Clark County Commission to stop making any plans for a parade on the Las Vegas Strip. The commission had scheduled a discussion about a parade during its regular Tuesday meeting.
The initial plan called for the Strip to be closed between Sahara and Tropicana avenues, according to the Las Vegas Sun.
Clark County Commissioner Steve Sisolak had the item removed from the agenda after being contacted by the team.
