The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash at Interstate 15 and the 215 Beltway Monday morning.
The crash occurred around 5 a.m. NHP said a female driver went down a rock embankment from 215 westbound to I-15 northbound. She was not wearing a seatbelt and ejected from a black Hyundai SUV.
The Clark County coroner identified her as 32-year-old Susan Crystal Lee from Las Vegas.

The 215 Beltway westbound from I-15 northbound was closed briefly. 215 eastbound to Las Vegas Boulevard and I-15 southbound to Las Vegas Boulevard were also closed
