The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

10:30 P.M.
Las Vegas police are on the scene of an incident near Summerlin Parkway and Rampart Boulevard. The eastbound on-ramp is closed. Police say they responded to a call about a case of road rage. Initially, the person involved refused to exit vehicle but is now in custody. The ramp should reopen shortly.

3:11 P.M.
Henderson police say they responded to area of West Horizon Ridge Parkway and Stephanie Street in reference to a male with a gun. The male was located and is currently being detained. This is an active investigation with no further details to provide at this time.

8:40 A.M.
Las Vegas Fire and Rescue is on the scene at 309 N 9th St. at a fire in a small vacant 1-story house. The fire has been put out. A person believed to have started the fire has been detained by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers. Arson Investigators are also on the scene. No injuries have been reported.
