Police say an elderly pedestrian was struck by a vehicle near Boulder Highway and Flamingo Road. The pedestrian is in critical condition. The driver stayed on scene and is not believed to be impaired. Portions of Boulder, Flamingo and Nellis Boulevard are closed.
