LVMPD SWAT unit has taken the man into custody who was involved in a barricade situation at Pacific Legends West condos.
3:25 P.M.
LVMPD officers responded to a unit inside the Pacific Legends West condos at 1830 N. Buffalo Dr. for a reported domestic disturbance. Officers were confronted with an uncooperative male whom they believe is armed with a weapon. Officers are attempting to deescalate the situation to resolve the event peacefully. SWAT is responding. Please avoid the area.
4:51 P.M.
LVMPD is conducting a homicide investigation in the valet area of the South Point Hotel Casino at 9777 South Las Vegas Blvd. Please avoid the area.

Las Vegas firefighters responded to a fire at a vacant home on Crestline Drive, near Torrey Pines and Alta drives. No injuries reported.
