Police-activity on Nellis Boulevard between Flamingo and Twain,
all lanes remain blocked, both directions.
6:19 A.M.
Las Vegas firefighters say a person is on their way to UMC Trauma with critical burns after a mattress fire in an apartment on Clifford Avenue, near Aliante and Fremont streets. The fire was out by the time crews arrived. The cause is under investigation.
6:16 A.M.
Las Vegas police are on the scene of a deadly crash near Nellis Boulevard and Twain Avenue involving a pedestrian. Southbound Nellis is closed at Twain. Northbound Nellis is closed at Flamingo. READ MORE
