LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.
7:29 P.M.
North Las Vegas police say they need help locating an 85-year-old woman who went missing in the valley this afternoon.
85-year-old Alexandria Morales was reported missing just after 2 p.m., police say. Morales was a passenger in a grey Ford Escape, bearing Nevada license Plate PHB3615, which was being driven by a friend, in the 9800 block of West Charleston Boulevard. When the friend exited the vehicle, Morales got into the driver’s seat and was last seen driving westbound Charleston Boulevard. Morales has a driver’s license but she does suffer from dementia and does not know where she lives and how to get there.
Morales left the residence with no access to money or a cell phone. Morales is described as being 4’11”, 115 pounds, short blonde hair, and brown eyes and last seen wearing a black hat.
All hospitals are asked to check their registries for Alexandria Morales, or any Jane Doe matching the above description, and to notify police immediately if found. It should be noted that HIPPA permits disclosure upon request to law enforcement, and is authorized pursuant, 45 C.F.R. section 154.512.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Morales is asked to contact the North Las Vegas Police Department immediately at 702-633-9111.
6:50 P.M.
Police are on the scene of a deadly shooting at a home on Burnt Hills Drive near Lone Mountain Road and Jones Boulevard. Officers say one man is dead and another man is in custody. The scene remains active. Avoid the area. READ MORE
UPDATE 6:29 P.M.
A 48-year-old woman is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle on Rampart Boulevard around 12:30 p.m., according to police. Authorities say the motorcycle she was riding was hit by a 2017 Hyundai near Canyon Run. The rider, later identified as Cythina Kline, was transported to UMC Trauma where she was pronounced dead. The 63-year-old driver of the Hyundai remained at the scene and she was not impaired, police say. The motorcycle rider's death marks the 87th traffic related death in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's jurisdiction for the year 2019. The crash remains under investigation.
1:25 P.M.
A serious injury crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle on Rampart Boulevard between Canyon Run and Summerlin Parkway has all lanes closed in both directions.

6:44 A.M.
Las Vegas police report they located a man shot to death in the 1600 block of East Rochelle Avenue during a welfare check at an apartment. The man was pronounced deceased at the scene with a gunshot wound and a suspect was not immediately identified by police.
